In order to raise the public awareness of the food waste problem, Food Wise Hong Kong is recruiting Food Wise Hong Kong Ambassadors. Aim of the workshops is to educate the Ambassadors on how to reduce food waste generation and make good utilization of  food resources. Upon participating the workshops, the Ambassadors will be able to promote the message of “Waste Less, Recycle More” to the public. They can also guide schools, food sellers and other groups on how to process the food waste in a sustainable way.
