New Tenant of EcoPark

Allied Success Technology Development Limited is the new tenant at Lot T7 of EcoPark and the lease has officially come into effect on 2 January 2024. The tenant will mainly recycle waste plastics, and is currently working on plant design and other preparation work.

EcoPark received the "Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification – Wastewi$e Certificate Excellence Level"

EcoPark has recently received the "Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification – Wastewi$e Certificate Excellence Level", which reaffirms our continuous efforts in environmental protection in Hong Kong.

Funded by Environment and Conservation Fund, the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) is led by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environment and Ecology Bureau and in conjunction with, the Advisory Council on the Environment, the Business Environment Council, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Chinese Importers' & Exporters' Association, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Productivity Council.

The HKGOC aims to benchmark organisations in green management, to encourage participating organisations to adopt environmental practices in different aspects (mainly on waste reduction, energy saving, carbon reduction and indoor air quality) and to recognise their efforts in and commitments to the environment.

The Excellent rating of BEAM Plus achieved by EcoPark

EcoPark has recently achieved the Excellent rating of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 (Selective Scheme – Management). This is the second consecutive times that EcoPark has received such rating.

BEAM Plus is Hong Kong's leading initiative to offer independent assessment of building sustainability performance. Its major aims are to enhance the health and wellbeing of building occupants, to reduce the environmental impacts of buildings (and to make positive contributions wherever feasible), as well as to make buildings more efficient and emit less carbon. BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) measures the actual performance of a building and evaluates its facility management practices. The assessment aspect of Management concerns responsible management practices and provisions to encourage sustainable management of occupied areas.

2022 Security Service Best Training Silver Award

EcoPark participated in the 2022 Security Service Best Training Award and won the Silver Award. The Awards were jointly organized by the Security and Disciplined Services Training Board of Vocational Training Council and Hong Kong Police Force. The Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority was invited as the supporting organization. The Best Training Award aims at promoting training initiatives and recognizing security companies that consistently offer security services related training to their employees to enhance their professional competence to meet the challenging needs of Hong Kong. The award presentation ceremony was successfully held at the Hall of Vocational Training Council (Haking Wong) on 12 January 2024.
