3R Hong Kong International Eco-Pioneer Limited is a waste plastic recycler. The lease is tentatively to be commenced in June 2019. The tenant is currently working on plant design and other preparation work.

Nomination of "2019 Friends of EcoPark" Scheme has commenced and will end on 29 June 2019. Any organizations, institutions or companies which have provided supportive channels to assist the operation of EcoPark tenants' recycling businesses (including supply of waste resources to EcoPark tenants, use of the recycling products made from EcoPark during daily operation, or provision of other/indirect assistance to EcoPark tenants) on or before 31 March 2019 are eligible to receive nomination through EcoPark tenants.

The "New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong" Delegation visited the EcoPark and the Visitor Centre on 11 March 2019. Representatives of the EcoPark Management Company introduced the background and development of the EcoPark. Bus tour for tenant's lot was also provided so as to enable the delegates to take a look on the factories and facilities of the tenants. Specific Tour at K. Wah Construction Products Limited was given for the delegates to know the production run and operation.

Delegation of "The Council of Hong Kong Professional Associations" (COPA) visited EcoPark and the Visitor Centre on 16 March 2019. Representatives of EcoPark Management Company introduced the background and development of EcoPark. Moreover, bus tour for tenants' lots was provided so as to enable the COPA's representatives to have a real picture on the factories and facilities of the tenants. Tour for WEEE．PARK was also provided to COPA representatives.

EcoPark was awarded Certificate of Merit (Property Management – Commercial & Industrial) of Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence in the Presentation Ceremony for 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) and Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) on 29 April 2019 that recognized the outstanding performance and achievements in green management and collaborative efforts in adopting environmental practices by EcoPark.

The HKAEE and the HKGOC are sponsored by the Environment and Conservation Fund. They are jointly held and present award by the Environmental Campaign Committee, the Environmental Protection Department, and in conjunction with nine organizations.

The HKAEE aims to encourage organisations to adopt green management and recognise and acknowledge the efforts of leading organisations.
