The Environmental Protection Department (EPD) invited tender for 20-year leases of two above lots (Tender Reference No.: EP18-02) with an area 4,420m² and 5,000m² for waste recycling business in September 2018. To collect tender document, please make an appointment by sending email to ecopark@epd.gov.hk or calling 2872 1651 / 2872 1729 in advance and go to the Environmental Protection Department - Waste Reduction and Recycling Group (Address: 2nd Floor, East Wing, 88 Victoria Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong) during office hour. The tender closing date is on 2 November 2018 (Friday) before 12:00 noon. Please refer to the tender notice in EPD website for details.

To promote "Clean Recycling" and the recycling businesses of EcoPark tenants, EcoPark participated in the Riviera Gardens Festival at Riviera Gardens, Tsuen Wan on 29 July 2018. Through booth games and displayed information, public could better understand the importance of 3Rs and the recycling business of EcoPark tenants and EcoPark Visitors Centre. The booth received over 800 visits during the event and gained positive feedback.

Green Features Visit by Hong Kong Green Building Council Ltd.

Green features site visit by the HKGBC was held at EcoPark on 27 July 2018. Information about the latest development of EcoPark was presented. Visiting EcoPark existing green feature and WEEE．Park were also arranged.

Jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., co-organized by the Environment Bureau, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the 13th edition of Eco Expo Asia will be held from 25 October to 28 October 2018 at the Asia World-Expo. The Eco Expo Asia is a prominent event in Asia and is expected to gather over 330 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge environmental protection technologies and innovative intelligent products. Exhibit categories include Green Building and Energy Efficiency, Green Transportation, Environmental Protection Services and Research, etc. The Eco Expo Asia will open to the public on 28 October 2018 with free admission and the public can participate in various activities.
