In order to encourage more people to support the environmental protection, Standard Chartered Hong Kong will hold ‘Take a Brake’ Low Carbon Action in Hysan Place from 20th September to 26th September. The campaign includes several workshop about different methods of up-cycling. People could enjoy a green life by taking a small step in changing their daily habit.
The campaign not only organize workshop to teach people about up-cycling, but also become a role model to show participants how to decrease the amount of waste by reusing them. For example, the helper’s uniform was donated old clothes and the wooden floor will be reuse as the wooden box for plants. All entry fee will donate the Friends of Earth to support their works.
