Friends of the Earth (HK) is organizing the “Order Lee, Waste Less, More Blessing” public tours regularly with a view to enhancing the public’s understanding of harmful impact on the environmental and social problems induced by the food wastage problem in Hong Kong, among which, the “Food Saving” tours will be held on 16 September and 14 October 2014 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Participants of the tours will be following a women food collection team to collect leftovers from fresh food markets and learn more about the supply and demand problem of food and its possible solution, aiming to encourage them to cherish food.
